I feel very energized and relaxed today, I hope it stays for the future. Well, knowing myself I know that my mood is back and forth sometimes, specially during the autumn. Anyone else that experience a low key period as soon as it gets colder and darker? How do you do, and what are your secrets to enjoy a better autumn than the year before maybe? I have improved them days tho, before I did not know what made me feel this or that way. I have taken actions to for example not feel out of balance too much.
Anyhow, yesterday I went to a yoga class at Another Space London and it was exactly what I needed. I have been practicing yoga by myself at home but still felt a little bit rusty, although it went good and I was more flexible than expected. I was sweating though, it felt more like Bikram Yoga, which I’m gonna try next week.
I’m training through ClassPass and I have found so many good classes to go to, I definitely recommend you all to try. If you don’t want to stick to the same gym or maybe missing some good classes other gyms have. The range of gym they have put together are so good, I mean luxury level I would say. For me this is like a really good practice to get out of your comfort zone, meaning if you are use to go to classes with your friends. Get out of that comfort zone and meet new people or just be by yourself. I did it yesterday and I did not feel alone or in any way, just felt safe and comfortable. On my way home the weather and the sun was just lovely, imagine coming out of the gym all relaxed and energized in such a good way and meeting the sun going down. I just love it. I’m a massive fan of sunsets and sunrises, talking about that next week I’m going to have breakfast and watching the sun rise. I will tell you more about it later, and will definitely show you pictures.
Once I came home, I was lucky that I already showered at the gym once the Yoga finished, showered my hair and everything. Came come to Craig, ate some guacamole he made and nacho chips. So good, our new evening snacks. We love it.
