Monday morning and I have jumped on a cold or should I say more like a chest infection. I think I know why I have got sick, I have consumed a lot of gluten lately and sugar in all forms. I know my body so well, and I know I haven’t been as good as I normally am.
Anyhow, how was your weekend? Mine was completely calm. On Friday after work, I got back home early and rested. Later in the evening we went to the pub, one of our friend is moving so we had a last night at the pub.
On Saturday I woke up feeling rubbish but I took myself and Craig to a HotYoga in Crystal Palace and then back home to relax and eat.
Sunday came and I did not do anything else either apart from saying good bye to our friends old flat, came back home early for dinner and prep for the next day. I don’t like to look around in my room before I got to work, I need everything nearby when I wake up.
What are the plans for this week? Get back to normal and also go back to weights. I have done a lot of yoga lately and I think I will add a weight training session. Yoga isn’t easy by the way but it is very helpful for stressful people like me, people who struggle with their flexibility and again people like me that forget to breath. Today on my ClassPass schedule, I have TRX + training but I reckon my body is too weak for that today. It is only a 30 minutes class, so I should really force myself.
Or maybe just let my body rest and feel good?
Bought one of this necklace EVERYONE is using at the moment. I have had mine for time but I’m not sure.
