I actually don’t know what I’m doing up still, I have had a Monday. Started with work, following with a weight session at the gym before my last set yoga class. For 5 weeks I have been doing yoga in a class to learn more deeply about what yoga actually is. Much more than just handstands and poses only, there is so many amazing things that comes with yoga and it suits me the way it is. 

Anyhow, took the train back home and my bf met me on the way. Such a sweetheart lol. Luckily for me, I made so much food yesterday and saved some for today so I just warmed up some chickpea curry with some rice and had a lovely smoothie with it. It was well needed. 

I have tried to come back to my routine with my smoothies, it really did help me to maintain my weight and also slowly of course but I saw a difference. Ahh, cannot wait to sort life out properly in my head. My poor sleep isn’t helping me to gain weight, I sleep less and I’m active for longer. 

Before I fall asleep, I will share my smoothie recipe and also a supplement that is superb. I think I have shared it before here, I had a black tube container? which is almost finished now but I have this new pouch that is a bit better. 

1 ripe banana
1 cup raspberries
2 cups oat milk
1 tbsp peanut butter with sunflower, pumpkin, and flax-seeds
1 tsp maca powder 
1 tbsp collagen

Method? Obviously super easy! 
Use a blender and blend it all together my love. 

This collagen is good because you can add this one to any liquid, hot or cold. Works perfectly. A great way of always adding it to your drinks or food, or anything you like. Coffee, teas, smoothies, juices, and so much more depending on what you drink etc.
