I haven’t been doing proper yoga for god knows how long, I have been very good listening to my body this year. Does it wanna chill? Then chill it is. I was on the meditation and still am, but I have focused on listening to my body and do what feeds my endorphins.

I just did a 45 min HotYoga and now I’m on my way to the gym. It wasn’t too hard today but I needed it because my back feels a bit better. Hips have been a bit tight lately so it was needed this session today. Anyhow, today I’m gonna do a full body workout. I have been doing full body since the summer started and it the routine has provided with more variation and my fitness feel more fun. I love exercising on my terms but also my terms need a bit of structure.

I actually feel massively motivated to open up the blog a bit more, maybe more hair posts? Maybe more food? Maybe more eh me? I wanna say more travel but eh I need a few more stamps on my passport.
