Made some toast with kantarell (mushrooms) and it was good but I think my needed some chilis, even though I added cayenne pepper. Hmm.

I did my toast plant based using Oatly’s double cream or cooking cream?

Went for seeded bread, not gluten free. I’m trying to add everything that is gluten, beans, peas etc to my diet so my belly can get used to it. I get horrible pains of chickpeas, I get the worse indigestion and get a bit bloated.
To be honest, I cope with my indigestion ok, I just mix some water with baking soda and its gone. Since I learned that trick, TOOOOOAST!

Ate them quick, had some tea, made some smoothie but wow it is so bitter? I added some powder mushrooms that suppose to be good for you and woW, not as tasty as others. Not sure how I’m gonna get that into my system.

You should all jump on instagram’s latest trend. Why not? Whether you post it or not, you still gonna make some toast.
