
I don’t usually follow recipes but one of my friends on Instagram posted how to make special fried rice and I got hooked. I have been making it a few times now, no meat but once I added prawns. I like it without to be honest, it feels nicer. It is not completely vegan as it contains oyster sauce, and I’m sure there is a good plant based alternative.
