It is an early morning for me today, as I have been up since 5am. I’m going out soon, to pay £100 in order to sit a plane. Wow, did not know that Covid was initially a business idea. Gosh. Another thing, flying back to England is another mf fee. £210 if you want to enter the country you live in, even though you have a negative results. I really hope this rule ends by June.
Anyhow, how are we? I’m not gonna lie, many things are heavy but I’m moving forward as always.
I’m not sure if I have mention my routine with vitamins but doing it now, they have helped with my appetite which is one of the main things. I wanted to say that I have also gained weight but I stood on the scale for the first time in months. Gosh, I need the gym. I need some more weight, I need to build my dream body. I like my slim figure but I don’t like feeling fragile and straight. Can I go back to this body down here?
How sad is it? I never understood what a great figure I had back in the days. I always wanted to be slimmer, and now I’m begging that body to come back. Exact that on. Bum, big boobs, flat stomach and nice legs. That was me friends, that was me.
Ok enough about my old shape. I need to share that Vit B12 should be added in your daily supplement routine. It helps with:
Increased energy and vitality
Improved heart health
Healthy nervous system
Your ability to walk and move
Your oral health
Your gut health
And before and after I got Covid, I made sure I got myself a big jar of Magnesium Tablets. Magnesium has been found to be incredible beneficial to treat Covid, they have been treating patients at hospitals with high doses of magnesium as it is reacting great to heal the body from the virus. Here is why.
Magnesium is good for:
Energy creation: Helps convert food into energy.
Protein formation: Helps create new proteins from amino acids.
Gene maintenance: Helps create and repair DNA and RNA.
Muscle movements: Is part of the contraction and relaxation of muscles.
Nervous system regulation: Helps regulate neurotransmitters, which send messages throughout your brain and nervous system.
Another vitamin I have been taken religiously is VitD, great base for all the other vitamins. I have mentioned this before but for black people: we need vitamin D and as well as women in general. Vitamin D works as a base for the rest of the other nutrients. Vitamin D is highly recommended to people with darker skin, and specially if you live in cold countries where the sun is not an everyday luxury.
Magnesium, VitB12 and VitD has been proven to be the most effective vitamins in order to reduce the severeness of the virus. So, even though I got Covid I was very much active indoors. Exercised, ate VERY well and I wasn’t at my lowest. I felt great with a few headaches and some phases of body ache. Apart from that, I didn’t feel horrible. One thing that happened was after I got Covid, I made sure I have been testing myself every week. I do that, cost nothing and I can feel safe enough to be around people. I think people should do that, and stop being scared of taking a test. What is a test gonna do to you? I mean, as much as I do believe this system isn’t for humans. Come on, a chip in the cotton bud stick? You are smarter than that, do a test and make sure you take your responsibility to not be contagious and around people. I mean, we all want this to end right? Things to go back to normal? Well, things wont go back to normal if we have selfish people walking around sick and refusing to test themselves. That is very selfish and you cannot express yourself and say that we are in this together, because clearly you don’t care. Do you feel sick? Do a test, quick just for the sake of it.
Please think of others 🙂
Before I end this, Omega 3 is another addition to my supplements. I don’t eat everything anymore and some foods that are amazing I can’t digest so: I need to make sure I have the right supplement intake every day. Enough for me.
Oh, let me show you some breakfast pictures.
I have been making fresh orange juice from scratch and wow, it is just delicious. My new thing, with some ice cubes in it. Yum.
The other day I made the tastiest cheese omelette and had it with sour dough bread. It was YUM. Smoothies for the first time in months, I have not a big fan of smoothies all the time now.
